These recipes are from, which is a website/blog made by this lovely couple who follow the Paleo Diet and share their primal way of cooking, not to mention their easy recipes and beautiful photographs. The Paleo Diet is based upon the idea that we should eat the foods that were designed to eat, thousands of years ago. AKA no processed foods, sugars, dairy, beans, starches or alcohol.
