The Food Lovers’ Primal Palate

These recipes are from www.Primal-Palate.com, which is a website/blog made by this lovely couple who follow the Paleo Diet and share their primal way of cooking, not to mention their easy recipes and beautiful photographs. The Paleo Diet is based upon the idea that we should eat the foods that were designed to eat, thousands of years ago. AKA no processed foods, sugars, dairy, beans, starches or alcohol. I’ve used many recipes from Primal-Palate.com and I recommend everyone to check out their website, even if you don’t follow the Paleo Diet. Here are my TOP 10!
