Tilapia with Sauteed Fennel and Onions.

I love Tilapia, mainly because it’s not fishy by any means, but also super flaky, delicate and can be liberally seasoned. I added in some sauteed onions, fennel and a few cherry tomatoes!

All under 20 minutes!

2, 6 ounce Tilapia filets (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder)

1/2 cup, thinly sliced onions and fennel

7 cherry tomatoes, halved
